I received outstanding personal customer service today. The staff went out of their way to help, took the time to understand what I needed, and made the whole experience easy. It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care about getting things right, but that’s exactly what I got. I left feeling genuinely impressed and appreciated. Highly recommend based on today’s service.

Poor service, there were 5 people waiting and only 1 staff member behind the counter whilst the other female is doing meaningless jobs like sticking sticky tape on products that could be done whilst it’s not busy, I literally put my products back and said so it would be herd that I will use another chemist that actually serves people, well I guess you can’t complain about the service as there is none at this Chem pro, however if you have a lot of time to waste go and hang out here! I don’t need to call up, you simply need a scrips in area and scrips out area as well as a spot to simply pay for items, all I wanted to do was to purchase a product, yet it’s not clear where to go or stand, you guys had people everywhere at the front, YOU GUYS may know who’s been served or waiting however me as a customer I see people everywhere but I DONT KNOW if they’ve been served so I see heaps of people, and your sticky tape lady probably doesn’t know I’m waiting so she’s off flustering thinking I’m being served??? It’s a bit like everybody thought that somebody was serving him however anybody was looking around because it turned out nobody was actually serving him and if we don’t look after the customer, somebody else will. However for the good service yesterday and the polite quick reply I will add a couple more stars, however they aren’t gold sticky stars!

Mel, you’re always so lovely and kind, you just brighten our day when we come in. The way you interact and care for my little one is heartwarming. Bal and his team of pharmacists are always so informative, honest and knowledgeable. Not to mention the candles and gifts range are always a hit. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you for your service and store.

Best pharmacy on the Coast, the staff and pharmacist are always so helpful and friendly. I’ve been through cancer and other healthy issues and they have always been there for any help. I’ve required Bal the owner is just so generous and helpful. I can’t say enough about him wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Popped in super quick to find some band-aids because I felt a blister forming with new shoes on. I said as much to the woman working and she immediately directed me to try a different product: hydrocolloid blister patches. She was so genuine in her recommendation that I bought them and am so glad I did. These things are no joke.

Wonderful service. So thankful for the lovely lady who gave me a tetanus shot pretty much immediately on a Saturday afternoon after stepping on a rusty nail in the garden. Felt so lucky to be able to have this done as I wouldn't have been able to get a GP appt on the same day. Thanks again 🌸
