Apple Robina
Apple Robina is a sprawling, modern retail space dedicated to all things Apple. The store is notable for its clean, bright interior, making it an inviting space to explore their range of products. The team is known for their helpfulness, whether you're making a purchase, seeking support, or just have questions. They even offer live training sessions and demos.
The center can get quite busy, especially on weekends, so it's best to book an appointment if you need service. The standout element is their staff, particularly the security personnel, who are praised for their professionalism and friendly demeanor. While the overall experience is solid, be prepared for potential wait times and plan your visit accordingly.

Big, bright, and everything Apple. The store’s clean, modern, and has a great team — they’re always helpful, whether you’re buying, getting support, or just asking questions. They also run live training and demo sessions for customers, which is a nice bonus (check out the video if you haven’t seen one). That said, avoid weekends if you can — it gets seriously busy. Best bet is to book an appointment ahead of time if you need service. All up, solid experience every time — just plan ahead if you don’t like waiting.
Ricky is one of the most professional , intelligent, well presented and friendly security guards I’ve come across. He was greeting people with a smile while remaining alert and responsible in his role that I noticed yesterday when I walked into Apple Robina . I asked his name and how long he’s been in this industry for . He was helping other elderly customers as well . His calm attitude and attention to detail create a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. It’s reassuring to see someone who genuinely cares about doing their job well. Great work, Ricky!
I bought several gift cards at the store. I got home to redeem one card only to find it was already redeemed. Can't imagine how that would be. I contacted Apple about it. They want me to wait another 2 weeks to hear back from them. I sent everything about the purchase to them. So that will be 3 weeks now. I want my money back, it's a lot. They do not contact me at all, the store can't help, apparently. Pretty peeved! No more Apple cards for me, this is the second time in 2 weeks this has happened to me there. Something is wrong. Avoid that. Legal action next.
They wasted half a day for me. I had booked a replacement for battery for iPhone. Had to book ahead, can only book one week ahead, get sent a code how to check in - to be put in my wallet. I'm unable to check in any time before 5 min of my booked time. They are extremely precise, or I call it inflexible. I have to travel 1 1/2 hours to get there, on my day off. When I finally see the 'technician' at the Genius bar I'm told that they have technical problems all day and I may not get my phone back the same day. They have a long backlog. So they are an IT company, they send me text messages about my appointment but they can't inform me before my long travel that they have issues and don't tell me that when I want to check in 20 min early but send me away. Not impressed. Poor customer service
I brought my MacBook Pro in for a battery replacement after being advised the battery had swollen and the top case/keyboard required replacement due to physical damage. Ten days later, the laptop was returned with all data completely wiped. At no point prior to the repair was I verbally informed that data loss was a likely or necessary part of the process. I was simply told the battery and top case would be replaced as diagnosed. When I raised this, staff and the manager referred me to a waiver I had signed, where the possibility of data loss was referenced among the standard terms and conditions. However, this was not proactively explained. If data erasure was an inevitable step in the repair process, that should have been clearly communicated upfront so I could make an informed decision and ensure my backups were secure. The waiver language appears designed to address incidental or accidental data loss, not what turned out to be a complete wipe as part of the service. For a premium brand, clear communication around data risk should be standard. The reliance on fine-print waivers rather than transparent discussion was disappointing and undermined trust in the service experience.
This review might be a little different from what you'd expect, but it's one of those moments that goes beyond simply buying a product. Today, when my friend and I went to the store—we're both Argentinian and our English isn't very good—a guy named Vitor from Portugal immediately approached us. When we told him our English wasn't great, he was incredibly kind and spoke to us slowly, and he also knew a little Spanish. The experience would have been very different if we hadn't met Vitor. Thank you for your time, your patience, and our chat today.
I have been to this Apple Store twice and both times the staff have been lovely and helpful. We had Genevieve today who was so kind and efficient. Coming all the way from Brisbane was worth it just for this experience!!!
