Custom Surface Solutions - Aqua Mix

I would strongly advise against Aquamix products. I used the enrich and seal on my new honed pavers, was advised by both Aquamix and the retailer that it was suitable. It has absolutely ruined my new pavers, even someone from Aquamix came out and confirmed I had applied it correctly, but something had gone wrong. Was told to buy another product to try and remove it which did nothing. Almost $500 worth of products on a $10,000 paving job that is now all ruined. It is blotchy and has stained the pavers completely. Only option is to rip them up and start again.

I purchased grout paint from this company and I can confirm that it is an excellent product! Very easy to apply and simple to remove excess paint from the tile surface. Customer service from this company is also top notch. With a single coat, I went from light grout to dark and completely changed the look of my home. I love it! Highly recommended!!

Have yet to try the products but was very impressed with the response recipe via the website's chat feature. I was able to upload a photograph and have a product recommended. I appreciated the honesty from the Aqua Mix representative in saying that the issue I am having (efflorescence) is structural and will return irrespective of any product used. I will definitely make this company a port of call for any wet-area related products. Thanks very much guys.
