Promo Printing did an excellent job with a small embroider job on 7 pairs of socks. Cindy was fantastic - very responsive and happy to answer my many questions. The socks themselves turned out marvellously, and they were happy to re-embroider them when an error was discovered. Cannot recommend them more.
PHENOMENAL SERVICE!! I called the team yesterday, knowing I needed a gift by the end of the week and after trying various other business who unfortunately just wouldn't have been able to get it done in time. I explained the situation and they told me they could fast track my order.... I didn't know that meant my item would be ready THE NEXT DAY!! Amazing!! They communicated with me at every step to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. They are literally the definition of above and beyond!! Incredibly reliable and my order is so cute Im tempted to keep it for myself! I think in the future I'll be opting to give embroidered gifts at as many special occasions as I can manage.
