Milestones Early Learning Point Cook

We have been in here for a short period of time and our kids got great care from room teachers and all staffs at Milestones. We would like to say "thank you" for the team (especially Emily, Samtha, Phoebe, Pauline, …) for being gentle and patient with our kids. It took a longer time for our kids to get settle but the teachers were always there and help them, comfort them. It is sad that we have to leave. If you are looking for a good childcare center in Point Cook, this is the one. Highly recommended.

I just want to say a huge thank you to the amazing team at Milestones Early Learning for taking such great care of my two kids — my one-year-old and my three-year-old. Both of them absolutely love going in every day! The educators are so warm, patient, and genuinely care about the kids. My eldest has grown so much in confidence and creativity, and my youngest settled in so quickly thanks to all the cuddles and smiles from the team. The center always feels welcoming, clean, and full of fun energy. I really appreciate how they keep me updated and make sure I always know how the kids are doing. It means so much to have that trust and peace of mind. Thank you to everyone at Milestones for all your love, effort, and care — we’re so grateful for everything you do! 💕

We transferred to this childcare in August after moving from another state, and my daughter adapted amazingly well. Her favourite teacher, Miss Phoebe, has been incredibly warm and supportive — my daughter absolutely loves her. The whole team is caring, professional, and communicates well. I feel truly relieved and grateful knowing my daughter is happy and safe here. Highly recommend!

We’ve been part of this wonderful childcare community for over 8 years, with both our children, Waiz and Arwa, attending since they were little — and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care, love and support they’ve received throughout the years. A huge thank you to Thelanka (Centre Manager), Phoebe Wong, Pauline Wong and the entire team for consistently going above and beyond. Their professionalism, warmth and genuine dedication to the children’s wellbeing have made this centre feel like a second home for our family. From thoughtful learning activities to the nurturing environment created every day, the staff have played an important role in our kids’ early development. We’ve watched Waiz and Arwa grow, learn and thrive, and we credit so much of that to the amazing educators here. We highly recommend this childcare centre to any family looking for a safe, supportive and truly caring place for their children. After 8 years with this team, we can wholeheartedly say they are exceptional.

Our son previously attended a kinder in Alamanda, which we eventually decided to remove him from due to the constant turnover of teachers. He was often very upset at drop-off, which was difficult for us as parents. We were then recommended Milestones after hearing such positive feedback about the staff — how caring, nurturing, and long-standing they were. Moving him to Milestones was truly the best decision we could have made. He absolutely loves the staff and has made so many friends. Everyone at Milestones is incredibly kind and supportive, and it genuinely feels like a family. We will miss you all so much when he heads off to school next year. Thank you for everything you’ve done for him.

We chose this centre for my 1 year old daughter and it has turned out to be the best decision. The educators and the centre manager were extremely warm and supportive during the transition. My daughter quickly settled into her daily routine and now feels at home in the babies room. She loves going there and enjoys her time at the centre. The efforts put in by Purnima and Bec at every step are worth calling out. We are at peace while she is in their care. We love to watch her daily updates and how she is learning new things each day. The practice of not allowing shoes in the babies room is quite helpful in keeping the germs away while babies build their immunity gradually. Would highly recommend the centre👍

Milestone Point Cook Childcare is just amazing. I feel so blessed that I found Milestone after very overwhelming experience at another childcare. Thelanka assured and helped my little one settled in the childcare. All the educators are beautiful souls with Smiley face. I want to thank Rimpy & Susantha (educators) in my daughter’s room from bottom of my heart. They go way beyond to look after all kids. I am so relieved that my daughter is settled and happy at her day care. ❤️
