Fantastic Furniture

Good products at good prices. I'd been looking for a desk and hutch (desk top shelf mount) for my little home music studio. Found a good range of options here that I could visualise and sit at the desk to get a better idea of what I wanted. Staff in store were friendly and helpful. The como desk and hutch was sufficient for my current needs, purchased it and picked it up at the loading bay within a few minutes. The gentleman in the warehouse was kind to help me lift the piece in my ute. It wasn't too busy during a week day compared to Morayfield store where I had been earlier and had a harder time finding a carpark. Cheers, will return in time when upgrading more furniture.

Don't order online via this store. They will deliver half of your order (late!), ignore phone calls and definitely not chase up a webform to contact a customer! Apparently awful customer service and a lack of diligence is classed as "human error" and can be dismissed. If you need to talk to someone don't press the wrong button with the concierge, press 4 and ask to speak to a salesperson and they'll pick up! Press 2 for delivery information and youll be on hold all afternoon 🤦‍♂️

The store is pretty decent size, well presented products. They had varieties of goods with different prices ranges suiting for most people. The best part of the store is the staff, they were very friendly. Wendy B was superb. The delivery fee wasn’t much comparing to other furniture store and fantastic furniture online as well.

I’ve bought lots of furniture from this store and it’s all been "fantastic"! My latest piece I couldn’t put together as it was faulty but spoke to the store and a new one is going to be built for me and replace the faulty one. Customer service is amazing. Special shout out to Cheryl and the boys in the warehouse

Sold us a new chair... Except it isn't new.. has pet hair all over it and still has the delivery sticker from the previous purchased person .. and then doesn't bother to answer the store phone... Great job at being Fantastic

Purchased the Havana Oak rectangle dining set from Jonah at the North Lakes store today. I had an issue putting it together! Called the store to ask for help and Jonah came through... I was on the edge of having a meltdown (spent the last two days moving house) but Jonah saved me. I can not thank him enough for going above and beyond 🙂

Disgusted in the customer service this morning at your click and collect. Very rude individual staff member who served me. I buy from herr quite a bit and never have I come across such arogance. Bad customer service today!!! I will think twice aboit returning.
