Excellent and thorough eye examination, great communication and customer service. I went in for what I thought was going to be a simple eye test to confirm my prescription from another optometrist six months earlier. Susan was clear and concise in explaining the process and results and helped me have a better understanding of my eye health overall - something I don’t think I ever got from previous optometrists. I brought my own frames and the lenses choice were really good, albeit much dearer than the competition, but I guess the warranty and ongoing service access is factored in. The rest of the team was very professional and attentive from the point of walk in to finalising the orders. Highly recommended.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Disgraceful behaviour from all staff members. Ordered contacts and they decided to withhold them waiting for the 20% off sale to end in store just to get commission. They even refused to look into why my order has not arrived in the expected time frame. It was ordered ages ago. Don’t let people like these look after your eye health. They clearly can’t be trusted or bothered. Unprofessional.

I have been to Them. Their staff has no knowledge about anything, also, the girl who checked the eye was also unprofesional and had no sense of elaborating things that what is actually bad. Imagine you can see blurry with an eye and she is saying vision and everything is fine. It is just because you are tired😵‍💫
