Guardian Childcare & Education Mt Eliza

My older girl has been there for almost 4 years now. The educators truly care for her. I feel that the team has been very supportive, stable and loving with my children's care. I am so sad to be leaving as we are moving, but I would recommend this place to any parent who want their children to be looked after with love and care.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Guardian Childcare and Education Mt Eliza. From the very beginning, communication has been clear, consistent and genuinely thoughtful. Our daughter’s recent transition from the Nursery to the Toddler Room was smooth and supportive, handled with such care by the team making it a positive experience for both her and us. While there are occasional changes in which educators are in each room, this has been a real strength. Our daughter now feels safe and connected with a variety of skilled, kind, and passionate educators. This has also supported her transition. It’s clear they truly know her as an individual - her interests, quirks, and personality and that gives us so much trust and confidence. Importantly, there’s been no sign of high staff turnover, which speaks volumes about the culture at the centre. The curriculum is inclusive, engaging and thoughtfully challenges our daughter to grow. The facilities are beautiful and clearly support children’s developmental need - we’ve seen this firsthand in her growing confidence and social skills. We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Guardian Mount Eliza! The Toddler 1 team is incredibly consistent, caring, and attentive, which has made such a difference in our child’s development and sense of security. The educators truly take the time to get to know each child, and it shows in the way they support their individual needs and celebrate their milestones. We always feel welcomed and well-informed, and it’s clear the centre puts a lot of thought into creating a nurturing and stimulating environment. Great team at Guardian Mount Eliza. We have one child at the centre who loves attending and has established wonderful relationships with the educators and other kids. The management team are so lovely and helpful with any queries raised. The consistency of the same educators being present throughout the year has ensured our child has a team of familiar people who can support their needs. Our experience to date has been positive and we would happily recommend this centre to others.

We have been attending Guardian Mount Eliza for almost 3 years now and our boys love their days spent with their educators and other children. Both my children have been going here for years and we could not be happier. To see my littlest have the same educators now my eldest had is very special and very rare, and something you find in only amazing daycare centres. it feels like family and I feel very lucky!
