A beautiful shop and extremely helpful and obliging owners Terry and Jen. I have been a customer for a couple of years now and nothing is a trouble to them. Mostly dealing by phone calls but did a surprise visit last month to finally meet them both. Thank you for your helpful advise and expertise.
Patchwork by sea has been my fabric store of choice for at least the last 10 years. The range of fabrics, stitchery cottons and accessories is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and have been very willing to help will all my requests……. I have never had any issues with getting things ordered in if required. Love this shop soon as you enter always greeted such lovely people Jen and Terry they both go out of their way to help you Have such a great knowledge of all their products On a Monday night have a live show which is fabulous too Take a visit to the shop it’s well worth it enjoy my visits there come away feeling so happy !
Variety of products is amazing. Like an Aladdin’s cave. Especially the enormous rang of Laundry Basket Quilt fabric. Staff are always willing to help or Oder what you need.
Impromptu visit with my mum - we could have stayed all day! What a gem of a shop and such friendly owners. Great range of fabric equaled by their passion for patchwork. Next time we’re in SA we will be back!
Closed despite Google and sign on door saying it was open on a Friday? Was told quite rudely by owner when I rang to check they were open that I should have checked the Facebook page? Might be a great shop but the customer service abysmal.
