The Ole Lollie Shop

I purchased for the first time yesterday at the Carseldine Markets. Oh my goodness! Such yummy, old-time goodness. Authentic, nostalgic flavours. I will be back! Fruit Rocks and Peanut Brittle for the win!!!

When I stepped into the shop at once everything popped out at me as lollies will do, but in the end I bought the sherbet lemons. They tasted amazing and lasted for ages while I went shopping, and kept me awake. I enjoyed this candy very much thank you

What a lovely gem this place is! Grabbed some delicious milk chocolate gingers and some eucalyptus and menthol sweets which the kids absolutely loved! So much to choose from, will be back to try some other treats for sure.

Wendy is the worlds sweetest (pun intended!) person, and makes amazing chocolate products! The chocolate covered raspberry frogs are the best I have ever had! The coconut slice is to die for! Just a great lolly shop, with amazing staff, and yummy goodies!

Last Saturday on the 8th of February myself and a large group of friends where excited to have something sweet from The Ole Lollie Shop after our delicious brunch at the Country Cafe as this is what we have always done when visiting Old Petrie Town, much to our dismay The Ole Lollie Shop wasn't open!!! Huge mistake, massive loss of business, what's the point of having a shop at Old Petrie Town of you are not going to be open for business. Very disappointing, decided to spend our money at The Country Cafe instead. Amazing staff and awesome food as always at the Cafe.

Amazing lollie shop, has a massive variety and all the traditional nz goodies galore! They also do gift baskets for every occasion! My go to for gifts, for sure.

One of my favourite and must visit shops when we visit Petrie town markets. Since in lockdown I did an online order. Omg best delivery to come home to after work 🥰
