Bunnings Morayfield

My wife went to shop for vinyl today. She received outstanding service from Urban. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he was great with an older person as well. He helped load the trolley and was very cheerful. He knew where all the products were and his product knowledge was outstanding.

Johnathan in the Paint section at Bunnings is consistently incredibly helpful. He takes the time to recommend the right products for each project and explains the reasoning behind different paint types and additives, which makes it so much easier to choose with confidence. His knowledge and willingness to share practical advice really stand out — fantastic customer service every time.

The staff are friendly & there is plenty of stock for your projects. In the last fortnight I got some pool fencing for one project & some Temp Fence for a Cat Enclosure I erected in the last two Days.

It amazes me how inconsistant the staff knowledge of flybuys/onepass redemption proceedures is. One day you can redeem preloaded flybuy dollars without the physical card, (using the fluybuys app to supply a barcode for the actual money loaded), and the next, "sorry no you can't, there is no option for it". What happened to, If you have time, I'll see if I can find out more for you sir?. Bunnings has a history of not being able to combine simple tasks on thier systems, ie, onepass and flybuys. You have the option to link them but bunnings says you must scan them individually🤷‍♂️.

This has to be the worse Bunnings store I have ever been to. It is totally dis-organised, stock boxes in every aisle, stopping customers from getting through. Staff are totally dis-connected and totally ignore customers. They are rude and not interested in doing their job. I have been to the store twice since December and both times I was disgusted. The first time right on Christmas a rude young women just pulled into the last disabled parking spot and walked in to store while her partner stayed in the car (NO DISABLED STICKER). Why don't the staff now where products are? Why are they leaving stock, trolleys and ladders in the aisle. I have recently moved from Ipswich in Brisbane and I call assure you that the staff are polite and professional not like here at Morayfield. I have been involved with shaping Multi Millions dollar business and I know what works and what doesn't. I don't believe you have the RIGHT management.

Bunnings is excellent for DIY and home improvement. The staff are knowledgeable and always willing to offer advice. Their selection of tools, plants, and hardware is second to none. Prices are competitive, and the store layout makes it easy to find everything you need.

So appalled at the service today at the Garden Centre . The staff member Frenchie was asked by for a particular product from another team member who works at the Caboolture store . We went to this store after going to Maroochydore and Caloundra stores. The item ( according to FRENCHIE) was available at Morayfield . We asked if we could have three of them available for us at the checkout … yes … no problem . When we arrived there were no items at the checkout for us and FRENCHIE was not to be found . ( even after being called by the PA system) . My husband found him talking to another team member and asked him about the items for us. He blamed the other staff member at Caboolture for miscommunication… we heard the phone call and there was no problem from the Caboolture store . There were NONE OF THE ITEMS there at all. . What a complete and utter waste of time , money and fuel . Bunnings Morayfield you are a JOKE !!!!!!
