I can’t recommend Tanya Kumar highly enough! She truly went above and beyond in managing my property. When there was a water leak, she acted immediately arranging contractors as soon as possible to minimise damage and making sure the tenant was well looked after with all the necessities. Tanya also handled my insurance claim from start to finish, which was a lot of work, and managed to achieve a really positive outcome for me. It’s such a relief knowing that my property is in good hands and that I can focus on other things without worrying. If i could give 0 stars i would. The communication barely existed, even with several emails sent and their professionalism is appalling. Took them 3 years to organise a proper fix for a serious roof leak (This property still has other leaks in other places). When vacating the property, we have received no procedures or processes, have contacted several different people within the agency, still nothing, apparently no one can help us. My housemate called the office to get an update, someone in the background laughed at him asking for an update, while the person receiving the call laughed as well and started laughing at his email, which was not important and extremely unprofessional. How about you do your job instead of laughing about someone’s email. Where is the communication? Where is the support?

We have just purchased our home where Melissa and Mike were the agents. They were brilliant! Helpful, informed, kind and always available when we had questions or wanted to arrange inspections. Professional and efficient, I'd happily use them again if ever if need to buy or sell property in the future. Thanks so much both of you; we're so grateful. 😊💜

Michael was fantastic helping me sell my Mum's house in December. He was professional, easy to deal with, and kept me updated every step of the way. Made the whole process smooth and stress free. I would never rent with them again. We lived in a property for over a year that was quite old, obviously that means there’s always going to be a few more problems, apparently it’s also an excellent excuse to never fix anything. Or even better to essential slap some tape on and say "she’ll be right". Countless maintenance requests ignored including an air conditioner during a heatwave. We ended up having to go to VCAT to have this resolved, later finding out that the reason for the lack of maintenance was due to the house being redeveloped. When we were eventually told that this was happening we were informed it’s a long process and we have "at least a year". Turns out it was actually 12 weeks, with notice being given as soon as offices opened in January. The best part was being asked to get the house professionally cleaned before it was knocked down. Logical right. As a renter avoid them at all costs.

I have the absolute pleasure to have Tanya as my Property Manager. I am absolutely blown away by how wonderful she is- I knew straight away from our first communication just how kind she is and finally getting to meet her for our first house inspection I knew I was right. Professional, compassionate, kind, caring, authentic, bright who cares deeply about human beings and just overall a beautiful soul. I don’t think in my time as a renter I’ve had anyone like Tanya at all and I’m so incredibly grateful for Tanya to be my PM. I feel safe and at peace with her looking over my sister, roommate and myself like a guardian angel. And it was the first time I think during and after a house inspection that I felt just relaxed and at peace. Tanya really cares about the people she works with, we are simply not just a number to her at all- we are her friends. I consider her a role model and she really sets the standards high for what a property manager should be. She honestly and truly wants to help people and I highly, highly, highly recommend her. You won’t will not regret it.
