Story House Early Learning Mernda

I cannot recommend Story House Early Learning Centre Mernda highly enough. The team is truly outstanding. Special thanks to the amazing ladies in the Kinder rooms Irena, Jess, and Elise as well as Kayla, Kathleen, and Pia in the Toddler room. We’ve been with them for over five years, and their excellence shines through in so many ways. It’s also clear how much they genuinely care, especially when they go out of their way to support locally run charity events something that really sets them apart. The strong leadership from Bianca, Irene and Bessie flows throughout the entire team. Thank you all for everything you do, you truly deserve every award and recognition out there!

The staff have been so amazing kind and caring!! Lesley was wonderful taking me through the enrolment process and was so kind and comforting! The staff walked us through everything and made our little boys first experience of being away from both mum and dad super pleasant! I feel so comfortable leaving my boy here and I have to say Henny is such a lovely, kind and supportive child care educator, she has made me feel so at ease with the whole process! The whole team are really wonderful

We enrolled our 1 year old son into Story House Mernda 3 months ago after visiting a lot of centres in the area we loved the feel of this centre and I'm SO glad we made this decision. From the first tour with Leslie up to now we have had such a positive experience with all the educators. Everyone is so caring and genuinely care about our child and it shows. He is always so happy to see the educators in the morning and goes to them for a cuddle with no problems. The food is always fresh, healthy and yum. Enrolling him in Story House seriously has made the already nerve wracking return to work so much easier for me!

I cannot recommend Story House ELC in Mernda highly enough! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about each child's development and well-being. The facilities are bright, clean, and well-equipped with a variety of engaging resources that cater to different age groups. I love how the centre focuses on play-based learning, encouraging creativity and exploration. The educators took the time to build meaningful relationships with my son. They provide regular updates on my child’s progress and involve parents in the learning journey, which I really appreciate. I love the outdoor play area which is fantastic, offering plenty of space for exploration.

My baby started in the nursery room at 10 months old and has been attending for three months now. The educators are so kind, and I really appreciate how they always remember and follow through with the requests I make in the morning. Even though babies can be unpredictable, they never forget what I ask for, which makes me feel grateful and allows me to leave my child with peace of mind. They also seem to truly understand the feelings of moms, which means a lot.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude for the incredible work you do every day. Staffs are very accommodating and nothing is too hard for the team. Very Multicultural and variety of food choices. The management team has assisted us with kindness and understanding during our difficult times.I highly recommend this centre to everyone. We could see remarkable developments on both kids and they love coming to the centre. Thank you for all the countless comforting hugs, encouragements to guide and influence children on their early development. We are fortunate to come across such a wonderful team looking after them.

The educators are incredibly supportive, caring, and attentive. I feel so relieved and confident leaving my daughter in their hands. It’s clear that she feels safe and happy, and that means everything to us as parents.
