Thank you so much to Shane this evening from the maribyrnong store who was on the exit. I had to travel over from Frankston to pick up some soundcheck and just before close tonight he helped me move and load 10 big sheets of soundcheck into my van. Absolute legend and can’t be more appreciative with the assistance. Thanks so much from a past Bunnings employee 🤩

I recently went into to purchase cabinetry hinges, and was completely overwhelmed with the different types. Esayas dedicated his time to help me purchase the correct hinges and made the whole experience a smooth one. He went over and above to ensure I left leaving confident with the purchase and the process to change kitchen cabinetry hinges. Absolute legend!

I had to ring the service desk about if they had any portable air cons I got the most beautiful friendly girl she just went out of her way to help us I did ask her name which was Fionia . Keep up the great work you are doing I just hope whoever reads the comments I would love them to come up to you and say Great work you are doing From Faye. X

Really poor customer service at Bunnings Maribyrnong. I requested a Price Beat and provided a legit cheaper price from another Australian retailer. The store Manager David refused immediately and insisted that "if you can’t pick it up today, we don’t do price beat" — which is NOT part of the official Bunnings price beat policy. What made it worse was his attitude — dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to even look properly at the evidence. Felt like he was just making excuses to avoid doing the price beat. This is exactly the kind of bad manager behaviour that drives customers away. I expected better service, transparency and respect from a major retailer. Instead, a frustrating and disappointing experience. Would strongly recommend avoiding this store if you expect fair pricing and professional service. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location until the management improves.

A big 5 stars! A great large local store with a variety of items and services which has really improved in customer service over the years, as there was a time instore when staff seemed to avoid customers at all cost. My recent visits have been linked to DIY painting and clothes line purchase and the staff were ever so helpful regarding colour selection and information regarding decking oiling procedure. Highly recommended.

Looked up a product on the Bunnings app, which showed it was in stock. So I drove the 20 minutes to go buy it. When I arrived it was nowhere to be seen. I walked around trying to find someone without success. I had to go to the front checkout who paged someone to assist me. After 5 minutes, no one came. I went back to the checkout and they tried calling people and paged again. I waited 5 minutes again but no one came. Very frustrating!!!

Was about to get 5 timber board to be cutting up at the cut shop around 5:00pm Sunday afternoon but no one’s there. There are no extra staff available to help us with the cutting. The staff told me to get to Bunnings at 6:30am in the morning next day. Bunnings should hire more staff to reduce these issues. Very disappointing.
