Little Paddington Child Care Centre & Kindergarten

I moved my eldest daughter to Little Paddington when she was 1 and a half (as we weren’t happy with our previous centre) and we haven’t looked back! She’s now 5 and absolutely loves it there. My youngest is 2 and also really enjoys her time there. It’s really lovely that she has the same educators my eldest daughter had when she was younger. Little Paddington is a very welcoming and friendly community, which honestly feels like a second family to us. I genuinely enjoy chatting with all the staff there when I pick up or drop off my girls. Both of my daughters are gluten free and they are very thorough and accommodating with this, even baking gf cakes for their birthday celebrations. Tahnee (the manager) is wonderful! She’s always approachable, easy to contact and replies to emails very promptly and thoroughly. Being a teacher, my daughters’ education and wellbeing is really important to me. I know at Little Paddington, the girls are exposed to enriching learning experiences every day such as cooking sessions, story time, water play, sport, yoga, music, excursions to Regis/Arcare etc. Can’t recommend Little Paddington enough!

Both my daughters have attended Little Paddington from the Nursery through to being in our final year now of pre-prep for my youngest. The staff are always so caring and nurturing, there is consistency of care and many of the staff have been there for a long time. The communication from the educators via the app is excellent with a detailed summary and photos daily, as well as anything required from management is always communicated professionally and in a timely manner. Both my daughters have loved attending and participating in the daily activities, and I have always felt comfortable that they are in safe hands.

My daughter has been attending Little Paddington for over 6 months and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. As a first time mum, I was a bit nervous about the transition to daycare but all my worries went away very quickly. She was always shown so much care and attention and you can tell the educators have a real passion for education and children. Little Paddington has a family feel to it, which is what really distinguished the centre for me, to other centres

Our (almost) 4-year-old son has been at Little Pads for the past 18 months, and we absolutely adore the centre. He’s now in his third room, so we’ve experienced three different teams of educators — and every single one has been exceptional. We genuinely cannot fault them. The educators are warm, kind, and truly invested. Everyone knows our son’s name, greets us enthusiastically each morning, and takes the time to ask about — and remember — details about our family. It feels so personal and thoughtful. We can see how much he’s learning, and they’ve been incredibly patient and supportive through milestones like toilet training and dropping naps. There are also a couple of standout male educators who bring such a wonderful, positive energy to the centre — it’s been so lovely to see that influence in his early years. The communication is fantastic. We receive lots of pictures and a detailed update at the end of the day via the app and at pick-up an educator always makes the effort to share meaningful insights about how his day went. It never feels rushed. A special mention to Tahnee — she is always so kind, helpful, and accommodating. Little Pads truly feels like part of our village. We will be very happily sending our second child when the time comes.

Nilomi & Tahnee are absolute superstars! Our little one is always excited to go and comes home happy and full of stories. Everything is clean, safe, and well-organized, and the learning activities are fantastic. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment!

The connection between educators and children across all rooms and age groups is truly special. It feels like an extended family.
