McDonald's Gosnells

I went through the Drive thru on 2 seperate occasions, on the first my whole order was wrong. On the second my Big Mac was literally thrown together it wasn't stacked it was sideways, I attempted put it back together I got a shock there was barely anything it. I rang and spoke to someone who said they were the Manager. They said can you come back unfortunately I couldn't at the time. He said he would put my name in a book and next time I came through they would replace the meal free of charge. I was grateful said Thanks that was it. However when I did go back through there a few weeks later I explained to the cashier she went to look came back and said well your name isn't on our book and looked at me and though I was trying to scam a meal, I cancelled the order and left. I haven't been back there since and I have no intention of doing so ever. It's the principal you pay good money MacDonalds is not cheap by any means there staff can be rude and abrupt it costs nothing for a little courtesy. If you pay for a meal you expect to get something at least edible not thrown together with little or no care. I think all MacDonalds have gone downhill. People will continue to go there because it's convenient. Don't exchange quality for convenience it doesn't work.

These guys could not make a coffee if they tried. Ordered. 3 coffees this morning mine was a cappuccino with 2 sugars, guy hands over the coffees and says this is the cap with 2 sugars, hmm I know that sugar should be sweet but not non existent. Heads up so called barister, coffee taste helps with the correct heated milk. I am a local but will never buy coffee from you again, Hungry Jacks does a better job than you any day.

I ordered a Milo shake and Fillet o Fish on a Sunday. The shake wasn't filled to the top, I'm not sure if that's normal, but it's still not really impressive. I asked to have it topped up, but I didn't specify (and the girl didn't ask) what shake I had, so I got some of the vanilla shake in it instead. All in all, it shouldn't have happened in the first place. The burger was fine though, no complaints there. Edit: The shake wasn't mixed properly, so all the Milo was at the bottom. Poor job all around with that.

Very disappointed with the order. I ordered a double fish burger and received a single. The chips were cold. The drink was different from what I ordered. Hungry Jack's quality is much better than McDonald's now.

The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere to sit and enjoy a meal. This afternoon, I ordered two burger meals, but both arrived with barely a drop of sauce — it felt like the order was rushed and carelessly assembled. I appreciate McDonald's commitment to hiring young people, including school-aged staff, which is a great initiative. However, it's important to ensure they receive proper supervision and guidance to maintain service quality.

Average food, long wait time and terrible restrooms. I wondered why my chai tasted quite bland when I discovered all the powder at the bottom in a gluggy mixture that hadn't been stirred through properly. Freezing cold air con, too cold to sit inside. Only gets two starts as the service was friendly but lots of negatives. Won't be back to this one.

Very bad service pay $40 for mac favourites bundle we ordered 1big mac 1 quarter 2 Mac chicken & comes with 10 Nuggets plus 2 sauces. They gave us 2 chicken & cheeses instead. I drive back to them and complain they don’t want to do anything about it. The manger was very disrespectful & rude I will never be going back to any MacDonalds ever again
