Coles Local Glen Iris

Great location. Not crowded most of the time we visited and very relaxed atmosphere to shop. The lift, particularly for the handicapped parking their cars at covered uper level car park has not being over a month. For Coles cost of repairing this lift should not be a problem. The management should take this seriously and repair the lift as soon as possible. The lift is very spacious and especially for the handicapped is very convenient to use it during inclement weather as it will be a long walk for the handicapped to come down the ramp from the first floor and it is almost impossible to walk up the ramp.

I had several issies with leos and I repeat two. The new owners must sort out the entry car park, its a danger not just to users but to venicles passing. Immediate part fix, put up signage indicating parking above via the ramp, no brainer !! Why do you hide the Gluten free products this habbit of intergrating goods into general shelving is nonsence. If Im looking for this product Im not gong to be tempted into others I can't eat, crazie. Put this food togehter in once spot. I dont have the time nor the energy to walk every isle searching , I just go without

Most of the items of regular use are available , nicely displayed & staff is very polite & co operative.

Such a shame, bring back Leo's.
