Bunnings Gladstone

The Cafe is my fave part of Bunnings. The regular staff there are absolutely brilliant. If I had a coffee shop, I'd try and poach them.

MATT one of the great staff, was just so good. We needed another jockey, but there was none on the rack, we kept shopping and then he caught up with us and had went looking and found one. Just his persistence to make sure we got what we needed was very impressive. Highly recommend Bunnings Gladstone. Top staff.

Once again standing and waiting to be served, this time at the refunds and service desk with no sign of staff. Again returning a product of very poor quality, numerous times it isn't till you go on customer reviews of the product and once again all 100% negative and wondering why still being sold. Bunnings need to try actually reading feedback about products they sell instead of ignoring customers. I suppose when you push out any competition you can sell any crap you like and the BS just return it like we all have nothing better to do than waste time and money returning garbage they knowingly sell shows just how much disdain they have for the public👎

Polite staff. Great variety of products. Only negative .is dogs,and kids running around making noise. Very unsafe in a workplace.

I love buying here because all we need at home for fixing is all here and we used to buy stuff here almost every weekend!!! Very amazing customer service as well! They are there when you need them!!! Keep it up Bunnings!!! 🥰❤️

Worse customer service ever, waited for over 20 mins for someone to come to assist, to many workers standing around doing absolutely nothing. Bunnings get your act together.
