I can’t recommend this florist enough! I called at around 10:30am hoping for a same-day delivery of a plant for my friend’s birthday, and they absolutely made it happen. Sarah was amazing to deal with on the phone - so friendly, incredibly helpful, and made the whole process effortless. She helped me choose the perfect plant and handled everything so smoothly. The level of customer service and genuine effort to go the extra mile was greatly appreciated. It honestly made my day knowing my friend would get her birthday surprise on time. Great service! Awesome plants and they have coffee too! I ordered a gift, was able to get it gift wrapped and delivered, all over the phone once I saw what I was after over their instagram. I couldn’t resist heading in store also to add to my gift, the dried flowers and the gift boxes then caught my eyes! Winning!!!

I’ve bought three beautiful indoor plants at Oh Lovely. This place is a haven for gorgeous, healthy indoor plants. The staff are incredibly helpful snd knowledgeable and have assisted me to pick the right plants for my home. They organised delivery and the whole experience has been wonderful. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. One of best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long while.

In need of a special birthday present, I searched the internet for a shop that had a great selection of quality indoor plants and offered same day delivery. Amongst the common, big name businesses (that have disappointed in the past) appeared the Oh Honey site. I like good customer service at a reasonable price, and this site seemd to genuinely offer that- perfect! So I took the risk (online ordering is always risky!). I ordered a large white Anthurium and a scented candle. Well, what a wonderful and pleasant surprise when the recipient called in great excitement to say she had received a beautifully wrapped gift with a lovely plant and delicious smelling candle. Oh Honey delivered as promised-quality product and in good time. A great little Geelong business, worthy of your support!
