The old man has NO idea, about fixing any mowing machines at all! I went there for little hose to change I ended up with a $90 plus an another new issue raised up , and he said oh yeah sound like the Cabbies problem now ! So to get it fix I’ll need $90-$100 to get it fix and then we will see !! Avoid this place for you pocket sake ! Personally will never go there again !

I brought a lawn mower In to this store after being told it can’t be repaired by someone else. They had it repaired and ready to go very quickly and at a great price thank you very much

Poor customer service, Very disappointing I spent over 3k on mowers at this shop and when I asked if he could order me a belt for my Bushranger mower he kept putting it off for 2-3 months and eventually said it would cost him a fee I said I would go halves, he told me to call another shop and asked them, so I called western mowers Toongabbie the belt was ordered over the phone in 5mins. #Amateurs

Poor communication and slow service from Micheal. Took 9 months to replace a gearbox in my victa mower under warrantee, through the ordeal received almost no update and had to chase it up many times. Once mower was done issue still remained and the 12month warrantee expired. Unbelievably rubbish service. Will never return.

Closing time listed as 5pm, arrived at 4.50pm to inquiry / purchase spare parts that I needed only to find they were already closed. Yes I know that I was cutting it fine to closing but if you list 5pm then you should close at 5pm and not before. Every place I've worked at follows those rules. Disappointing.
