I bought a vacuum cleaner from here, and it had absolutely no power or quality. It was completely useless and a waste of money. I went back to return the vacuum cleaner, but they refused to take it back, even though it clearly says "1500W" on the product. It had nowhere near the expected power. On top of that, the price was higher than anywhere else. I expected good customer service and support, but unfortunately, they don’t offer any kind of proper service or respect for the customer’s rights
Placed an online order 6 weeks ago and still isn’t ready to collect. I emailed and didn’t hear anything back. I have now called 3 times and each call I’ve been told it’ll be ready by the end of the week. Off to Sydney tools I go

I wish I could give you zero star, because: I received a call saying the item was in stock, but when I arrived, it wasn’t. Customers were ignored, and the issue would only be dealt with after July 1st (because they were busy with EOFY sales). They pressured me to accept that the item wouldn’t be available until after August

I had a very pleasant experience at Total Tools Epping especially services provided by Leigh. He was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. I would have bought more products if I was not in hurry. Because of his services I will visit the store again. Also I need to say that the return policy was hassle-free, which made my shopping experience stress-free.
Brand-new faulty tool tried to return a grinder that didn’t work but never been used and struggle to return it
