Helpful staff, reasonable display although a lot of the shelving products are not displayed. Could do with signs to the toilets but they are really staff loos. Storage boxes are good value and well made but have no locking on the lids

Kevin was great with purchasing product. Waiting 2 weeks for delivery, no communication, no courtesy call. Absolutley nothing. Took 2 days off work to wait for shed. And when i called for updates, everyone gave a different answer. Tip.. buy it if in the shop. If they say it will be delivered, buy from somewhere else.

I went to have a look at sheds on display, they were priced o.k. then i had a look at their galvanised growing beds which were priced reasonably well, but decided to make my own which I stuffed it up, I should have bought the kit from them, oh well, to little too late. Overall a good experience and very helpful staff.

I received great, helpful service. Your delivery person didn't live up to the charges you charge for the delivery. He was meant to call me 30mins before hand. Called me when got there. Wasn't happy that he had to wait 10mins for me to get there. And not happy that I asked him to move my delivery to the back and not the front of the property

Their Delivery service is very dodgy to the point that delivery driver asked me to "Help him to move the item to the front of my house". It seems like Stratco's delivery means dumping your items on NATURE STRIP of the road. Also I received a text message from them advising delivery time of 1pm to 4pm. But delivery simply arrived at 9:30am!!! DO NOT use their delivery service as this is a RIP OFF service!

Shocking customer service. I purchased a shed and installation and was told someone would contact me within a few days to organise the install. After multiple follow-ups, I was repeatedly assured I’d be put in touch with a contractor. First I was told installers were typically booked about two weeks ahead. After waiting those two weeks with no contact, I called again—only to be told they were actually running three weeks out. So I was looking at a five-week wait for installation. Because of the lack of communication and urgency, I ended up finding my own installer, who unfortunately did an inadequate job. I would have been more than happy to wait a couple of weeks for the professional installers, but the poor communication left me no choice, and now I’m not satisfied with the result. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I’m left disappointed with both the process and the outcome. I hope you refund me the install cost without me having to chase you…

Very helpful and friendly staff and lots of products to look at. 5 stars for them! 3 🌟🌟🌟 for the extremely hot building. I don’t know how anyone could work in there at 35 degrees today and 38 tomorrow. I almost fainted and felt fatigued. How is this even possible? OHS should be in place for everyone.
