The Liquidators

Thank you for always being so helpful! I was in store yesterday and found some large Christmas ornaments (Christmas baubles) though unfortunately one appeared a little mixed up inside of the packaging. I mentioned it to a member of staff and inquired about other stock though was informed this was the last one of this particular item. The staff member was kind enough to offer to open the item and attempt to place it back together properly; I happily purchased without hesitation and I’m satisfied with the product. Thank you for being supportive; I’ll be returning.

If only there was an option to leave 0 stars. Absolutely appalling customer service from all workers. If being treated with disrespect and seeing customers physically and verbally abused is something you’re looking for by all means this would be the place to go. Never in my life have I seen a store run by people with zero customer service, how they’re still operating is beyond me. I’ve found better and cheaper items at the news store next door run by amazing workers who are polite and helpful towards customers. Can’t wait for the liquidators to shut down. Get new management

Purchased x4 packs of Pokémon cards thay were very fake. The owner didnt inform me at the time that they were knock off cards and still sold them labeled as ligit cards 👎. We purchased baby shower balloons at a fire price and were happy with them 👍. (Service from staff pretty rude too, not overly helful).

Staff very rude and disrespectful as leaving. Looking at products and being accused of taking things. Forced to make purchasing. Very uncomfortable experience and smart remarks as leaving. Shop elsewhere

The staff here are always so rude. I watched them push a young boy around physically after accusing him of stealing. To do that at all, let alone in front of other customers was appalling. Always feel like I’m on watch whenever I enter the store. I always feel so uncomfortable here. I think they need some training when it comes to customer service This is an update - I’ve been banned from this store for leaving a bad review. They even threatened to ban my whole family. Not once did they apologise for causing a scene and making me feel uncomfortable as a customer in their store. Absolutely appalling management and workers. They do not uphold the friendly spirit of engadine

I went to the liquidators and straight away i was treated like a criminal. i felt as though i was being watched and always doing something wrong. i hate feeling like this. before going to the facility i felt quite fine as a human being but mow i feel like a filthy animal. i was. buying a beautiful clown wig for my uncles 80th birthday party and i felt like a clown buying it because of the rude and unthoughtful looks i was getting from these employees. their employer should be very disappointed in hiring these two. i have felt nothing but hate every time i walk into this establishment. wont be going back- Frank

They shouldn't even be open, when i entered the shop and i was just saying how every thing was so pretty and pent and pick up stuff to look at it, when i picked up this bow and arrow toy and i just pulled it out (you can pull it out it wasn't sealed to the box) then i tried to put it back and didn't realising that i droped it then the cashier then yelled at me to put everything back. I know i want the only high schooler who had to delt with this but many of my friends had been kicked out for no reason, this shop should be shutdown and not be opened again, terible!
