Coles Engadine

No toilets have to walk for miles to find one parking not the best out of stock on most items if there was no stars would give them no stars stores out of date

I love this store as it's stand alone, SUPER easy to get parking right out the front. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. You can tell they have a good team culture. I love the special displays that are usually when you walk in, today so much chocolate on special YUM! There is a good selection in this store, whilst it's not as big as Engadine Woolworths I like it better. I love that coles are bringing in house plants and an awesome homeware section as well as a super cool party selection.

The store was clean and well-organized, with clearly labelled aisles that made it easy to find items. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the checkout process was smooth with minimal wait time. Overall, it was a very positive shopping experience.

Warning. Be sure to check your product thoroughly when purchasing here, within the space of a couple of months I've seen product that looks like it has been eaten by mice. .Asside feom that. Small size Coles means there's not much shelf space to have multiple facings of the same product which makes products harder to find but overall good range and availability of products. Probably the biggest downfall of this Coles (aside from the potential mouse problem) is the fact that it doesn't have an undercover parking area which means packing a trolley load worth of shopping in your car in the sun or in the rain at times.

Probably the best shopping centre in Engadine and offers better specials than Woolies. Keep an eye out for specials. The other day they dropped buckets off premium ice cream for $2, rather than the usual $10 or more.

Customer service is great – friendly, helpful, and professional every time I visit. However, some of the specials and products are still quite expensive compared to other places. It would be great to see more competitive pricing in the future.
