Just want to take the time to say that the staff at Eltham are bloody fantastic. I went in this afternoon (30.01.2026) with a goose neck kitchen faucet that had come flying out of its housing owing to a problem with the grub screw. I wish I could remember the 3 blokes names - they couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried! They were trying to find a few fiddly parts I needed but it wasn’t working out. I said I thought I needed a longer grub screw but they couldn’t find one. One of the blokes hit on the idea of finding the right gauge bolt to replace the grub screw. They searched through 3 sizes before finding me the right one. I swear - the tap is now better than it was before! Always very impressed by the excellent people working here. Thank you - I’m very grateful.

I shopped at Bunnings Eltham today 28/12/2025. I bought some heavy pots ,plants and potting mix.there was no possibility of me transferring the items from trolley to car boot. A special mention to Michael who walked with me to my car and loaded all my items into the boot. Michael was polite,professional and happy. I was impressed. I tried to give him a tip but he refused ni natter hiw many times I tried. I’m areas he gave me a voucher for a free coffee! A wonderful young man helping an elderly (not very strong!) lady. Thankyou. Your Nonna would be so proud of you!

I had an amazing experience today with Joanne from gardening section. Joanne is super patient and knowledgeable in helping me find the right plants, soil and fertiliser for my little garden. I have never plant any flowers before. Joanne is def my life saver for the day!!!

Thanku for the 2 wonderful ladies at Bunnings Eltham late Morning today:(Sunday 11th)….i had something in my Eye and was struggling & was ask straight away if I was Ok …but I was struggling they Applied a First aid eye wash and waited till I was feeling better. Thanks heaps ladies Job Well done 👌

The gents in the Timber / Trade area are very helpful for a novice like me. Appreciated the assistance with advice and shifting gear.

Eltham said YES when Thomastown said NO! Not happy with the limited colour options for CABOT'S decking paint, the staff at Eltham offered to match any exterior paint swatch I wanted, whilst Thomastown said it wasn't an option! Going back for more stuff this morning, the staff was very helpful and got the equipment for me.
