Orchard Road Community & Early Learning Centre

We’ve had such a positive experience with this beautiful, family-run childcare centre. The educators are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. Communication has always been clear and respectful, and we’ve felt supported every step of the way. It truly feels like a community, not just a service. We’re so grateful for the care our child has received and highly recommend them to any family looking for a nurturing and well-run centre.

We've been with Orchard Road Early Learning Centre for 6 years, with both of our children attending, and it's been a fantastic experience. As a parent of twins, finding the right childcare was incredibly important—and challenging. Our little ones had a tough time settling in at first, but the amazing staff at ORCELC have been nothing short of incredible. Their patience, kindness, and genuine care have made all the difference. They kept us updated every step of the way, which gave us so much peace of mind. Now, both of our kids are not only settled but thriving. We absolutely love Orchard Road ELC! Donna, Brittany, and Jodie are incredible – so warm, patient, and genuinely caring. They’ve made our little one feel safe, confident, and excited to come in each day. The center is always clean and full of fun, engaging activities. I moved my children here after a bad experience with another centre. Everyone has been so welcoming and kind to my children. They settled so quickly and love coming into the centre in the mornings. It really helped to ease my mind after the centre we came from. I’m always given updates on little things my children have done during the day when I pick them up. Management are always welcoming and address anything any questions I have promptly and professionally. Special shout out to the ladies in the babies room, who my 18 month old adores.

I had an excellent experience with Orchard Road Community & Early Learning Center. My daughter had never been to kindergarten or childcare before, and when she started, she felt anxious and was vomiting. Her teachers were incredibly helpful and handled the situation with care. They helped my daughter overcome her anxiety and make friends with others. I am truly grateful for their support. Now my daughter enjoys kindergarten.
