Butterflies Childcare & Early Learning Centre has been such a great choice for our two kids. When you’re told that this is the only locally owned childcare centre in Doreen, you actually feel and see what that means in practical terms on a daily basis. From the sense of community, to the focus on nurturing and offering a nutritional daily menu, and the huge number of long term staff here, you understand what locally owned and operated really means. Our two kids are thriving here, and have been since our eldest started here in early 2022. I highly recommend Butterflies Childcare to anyone looking for the highest level of care for their children.

Butterflies is such an inviting, fun, family friendly childcare centre. That focuses on helping families and has such a strong sense of community. All 3 of my children have attended and I would highly recommend.

We have had such an incredible experience at Butterflies over the years. The entire team is exceptional—so caring, supportive, and always going above and beyond for the children. Our little ones have absolutely loved their time here and have grown so much thanks to the nurturing environment and thoughtful programming. The staff are not only kind and incredible but also very accommodating. As a busy parent with sometimes unpredictable schedules, they have always been flexible and understanding, even with my last-minute bookings! The sense of community they foster is truly special, and we’ve always felt like part of the Butterflies family. I can’t recommend Butterflies enough. Thank you for making our time here so wonderful and for all the love and care you've given to our little ones!

After checking out multiple childcare centres around the area I couldn’t look past Butterflies. We’ve been with them for over a year now and their care and service is outstanding. Both my kids are always happy to attend, their needs catered for and they always provide open communication. Highly recommend Butterflies childcare 🦋

My child has only be there for 2 months . He is absolutely loving the centre and is super engaged in all the wonderful experiences the educators have provided for him. Management is super helpful and very kind and always greets me and my family with open arms and a smile on their face. The educators are amazing and have a high level of supervision and are warm and naturing . They have a high level of communication with me and I feel at easy leaving my child at butterflies childcare .I would highly recommend 🦋

I'm not sure why it's taken me this long to write a review now that we are unfortunately leaving the centre due to moving houses. Butterflies is the BEST childcare that my kids have attended. We are so sad to be leaving and only hope their next childcare is as good as this one. All the staff are so lovely to the kids and really care about them. They communicate about the day at every pick up and at the end of every day I receive a group email with pictures of what the kids got up to in their room. I highly recommend this centre for anyone looking for a centre for their kids. Thank you to all the staff that looked after Brooks and Emilie. I will always have the fondest memories.

We cannot speak highly enough of Butterflies Childcare Orchard Road. From the very first day, we felt confident that our daughter was in the most caring, nurturing, and professional hands. The educators are truly exceptional. They took the time to understand our daughter’s personality, interests, and needs, and created an environment where she felt safe, valued, and encouraged. Over time, we have seen her confidence grow tremendously. She has become more independent, more expressive, and so much more willing to try new things — something we truly credit to the support and encouragement she received at the centre. The management team is equally outstanding. They are approachable, organised, and clearly passionate about maintaining a high standard of care and education. Communication has always been excellent, and we have consistently felt included and informed about our daughter’s development and daily experiences. What stands out most is the genuine warmth of everyone at the centre. It’s clear that they care deeply about each child’s wellbeing and growth. Our daughter has formed beautiful relationships with her educators and peers, which says everything. We are so grateful to the entire team at Butterflies Childcare Orchard Road for the love, patience, and dedication they show every single day. Choosing this centre has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our daughter’s early years. Thank you for everything.
