Organized to get some soil and oriental spark delivered. Requested for morning delivery and Soilworx did an amazing job. Driver was very prompt and tipped the products exactly where I needed them. Would highly recommend them anyone!

I ordered turf blend soil from Soilworx Deer Park with delivery booked for today. The delivery tracker kept changing throughout the day — starting around 3 pm, then pushing back multiple times until it eventually said 7:39 pm. I had to call to get it reassigned to a new driver just so it would arrive. When the soil was finally delivered, it was full of rocks and even had bark mixed through it, clearly left over from a previous delivery. Not what I expected for a turf blend, and definitely not the quality I paid for.

We had an excellent experience with Soilworx. We ordered soil and scoria to backfill a retaining wall. It was super easy to order online, we experienced fantastic communication on the day of service and the delivery was perfect, even on our tricky sloping driveway. Thanks! 🙏🏻

"I have bought from Soilworx many times. The quality and everything has been fine, but today I encountered a very bad driver. I begged him to dump the materials in the garden area by the fence that I had already opened, but he lazily said he couldn’t do it. I have done many jobs like this and I know the driver could have dumped it there, but he was too lazy and refused. Because of that, I had to struggle a lot to move all the materials up into the garden myself."

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Soil Worx today. My delivery was scheduled for today, and I received a notification advising that it would arrive at approximately 10:00 AM. Throughout the day, the delivery time has been changed multiple times without clear communication. Based on the original 10:00 AM confirmation, I arranged for contractors to be onsite. As a result, both my contractors and I have been waiting all day for the soil to be delivered. It is now past 4:00 PM and the delivery has still not arrived. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to our schedule Won’t see me again

Buyer beware. Company will not take responsibility for damages caused by them upon delivery. They sent a new driver out to deliver soil, and he smashed the tray into the balcony above. Unacceptable and unprofessional. This is the response I received: I apologies no one has replied to your email. Unfortunately, Soilworx is not liable for any damages caused on delivery, this is the sole responsibility of the owner and whoever is on site at the time. It is evident in our delivery photos that the driver has been directed and spotted during the delivery

Made an online order and then had to make a quick change the day before delivery. Customer service staff were super knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery and tracking is crazy good, updates through the day and accurate to the minute. Delivery guy was a legend too. All round fantastic!
