Very happy with the hose (caravan water supply). It is certainly better quality, strength and re-inforcing than the "brand name" one I bought from a major hardware store (which expands badly in the heat and splits the fittings). Good price, communication and very prompt in getting it ready and notifying me that it was posted (and only let down by the transport mob's extremely slow delivery).

I went to the hose factory today hoping they could solve my soft wash building project problem, the people there couldn’t do enough for me to solve the problem and they are so knowledgeable and keen to help. For all your hose needs these people are the best and are extremely affordable. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

The Hose Factory was able to supply all the fittings I required unlike other sites. The hose reel came assembled but needed to be adjusted as it was out of alignment. No real problems though. As I have severe arthritis in the hands the smooth surface on the brass fittings made them difficult to tighten. I will definitely shop with Hose Factory again.
