I’d like to give a huge thank you to Aaliyah from the party section at Spotlight Cranbourne Homemaker Centre. On one of the busiest balloon pick-up days, she went above and beyond to help me with a balloon arrangement I urgently needed this morning. Despite the rush, she stayed calm, professional, and incredibly helpful, making sure everything was prepared perfectly and on time. Her friendly attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate my request truly stood out. Customer service like this makes all the difference, and she is a real credit to the team. I had a wonderful experience at Spotlight Cranbourne today. I purchased a sewing machine, which was very heavy, and I was struggling to carry it to my car. Chloe, who was working as a cashier, went above and beyond to help me by carrying the sewing machine all the way to my car. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help truly made my day. Thank you to Chloe and the Spotlight Cranbourne team for such excellent customer service. I really appreciate the support and would happily shop here again.

Huge store, Can definitely seem a little busy in terms of items piled everywhere with somewhat limited access to move freely, The benifits of that being most stock is readily available.

Rude and lazy staff at this store. I ordered a click and collect of a baking item but it wasn't fulfilled by the time I needed it so went to the store and bought a similar item and was happy to wait and collect the order another time. The order was cancelled 20 minutes after I'd been in the store and there were 4 of the item on the shelf!!! It was 20 minutes before closing time so they obviously couldn't be bothered fulfilling orders.

I thought click and collect was meant to be quick! Having to wait while others are getting materials cut and decide how much they need is not what I call a quick collection. You need a better way of servicing click and collect customers. No disrespect meant to other customers, but I have already done my research and ordered what I want.

staff was friendly and service was good too. Always go there for shopping especially when items are on good worth price.

Bought Winston 23m satin for a swag for 50th graduation ceremony, but found they sold us 11m of plain satin lower quality. Made 2 beautiful flower bouquets with the silk flowers they sell. Don't provide plastic bags free for large orders.
