My partner brought me a nice big bunch of roses for Valentine’s Day, not 3 days later they are all basically dead.. definitely not worth the money he spent. Very disappointing

I ordered flowers for my graduation. I picked them up the evening before and upon picking up they did not look fresh especially the blue flowers (there were 5). I kept them in water and out of sunlight exactly as instructed. During the grad day they fell flat and the petals kept falling, and eventually an entire blue flower fell. I’m quite disappointed as it was my special day and the flowers didn’t even last through the day, especially since I paid $120, which is not worth it if they fell and were not fresh. I also asked for white orchids and the young girl said they would be at the bottom and would show, but they didn’t even show they were hidden under all the wrapping. You can see the first photo is when I picked it up and how they don’t look fresh especially the blue flowers, the petals are falling flat, you also can’t even see the white orchids. The following photos are what it looked like during the grad day and how the blue flower fell. You can even see only 4 blue flowers left and two of them were starting to fall apart.

It’s Valentines days and I purchased these for $85 only realise the roses are rotten and the petals are falling off while walking to the car. I’m embarrassed to gift them. Before you respond that I should have checked the quality, I did, they looked fine from the surface. My review is to warn future customers to thoroughly check the quality of your produce before buying.

He told me he'd been worried about how they might look, but they arrived fresh, vibrant, and even better than we imagined. My partner dealt with Nicky, who was so friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. Delivery was right on time, and the arrangement was clearly made with care. Such a thoughtful gesture made even more special by the amazing service. Thank you, Nicky, highly recommend this florist!

Terrible flowers received. Specifically asked for no Lillie’s full of them. Roses dying after two days. Called the shop they told me it’s my husbands fault he should have checked them. He ordered them it wasn’t just picking them off the shelf. Was picked up Boxing Day roses are already dying had no water when he picked them up and when I called today being 48hrs later apparently that’s normal in heat. Yes if you are outside not if they are in aircon. Terrible customer service apparently manager doesn’t have specific days to work. Disgraceful! Do not buy from here. This is the 3rd time this has happened.

We waited 30 minutes for the staff to wrap our bouquet. There were 2 people behind us who left cos the wait was way too long. Poor service.
