Baby Kingdom Chullora (Bankstown)

We spent ~$500 on a Car Sear and 6 x glass bottles and the package that was delivered looked like it had been kicked down the road and was severely damaged - every single item packaging was damaged and now we are left questioning is our car seat even SAFE to use in this condition. Some of the glass bottles are likely UNUSEABLE now. There was NO packing protection in the box, and to be honest I am disgusted that someone would even send newborn items out like this. Save your time and don't order from Baby Kingdom. They have no respect for your items.

We had a wonderful experience at Baby Kingdom Chullora and wanted to leave a well-deserved review. Helen welcomed my wife and me so warmly. As first-time parents, we were especially interested in the Bugaboo Dragonfly and wanted to properly see, touch, and try it before deciding. Helen was incredibly patient and kind — she demonstrated how to fold it step by step, explained clearly what we might need for our baby, and thoughtfully introduced the Boxing Day deals without any pressure. Thanks to her help, we were able to comfortably set up a lay-by to collect the pram in February, well ahead of our baby’s arrival in April. We never felt rushed, only supported. Having a genuinely lovely and knowledgeable staff member like Helen made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Because of her, we now feel confident and happy to purchase all our future baby items from Baby Kingdom Chullora. Highly recommended!

Outstanding customer service. Staff are super-friendly, and very knowledgeable and accommodating (special shout out to Andy and Debbie). We got everything for our MiniMe from here - stroller, car seat, cot etc. The value is equally as outstanding as their customer service. Things are often 10-20% cheaper than competitors. I can't recommend this place enough for any and all needs for your bub.

I went a few months ago to buy all my essential baby items for my upcoming first bub. A lovely young woman (sales assistant) was patient and spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions and educating me on the different products without being pushy to buy things. I ended up spending a lot of money here and am now using those items since bub’s arrived and reflect back on my positive experience at this store.

We had our baby seat installed by Steve at Baby Kingdom and it was a very reassuring experience. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly understands the importance of installing a car seat correctly, taking the time to explain everything and show us how to safely put the baby in and out.

We had our baby car seat installed & child seat re-installed today by Steve at Chullora, and his service was exceptional. Even as fourth-time parents, he taught us things we didn’t even know! He was incredibly patient, thorough, and made sure we felt completely confident with the installation. You can tell he genuinely cares about safety and helping families.
