Bunnings Cessnock

I placed few orders with cessnock store, you give them one week to deliver the items, we have to ring them to find out what has happened to the delivery that was due today and then they transfer the telephone call to three people, no one has any idea what's going on. The third person gave very lame excuse . This not the first time that I am given the run around shame on bunnings. The regional Manager should looking into this matter. If the store is under staff need to support your works on the floor or change the management.

Open your damn self service checkouts. Employ 1 person to manage them. Other bunnjngs have these open and people can check out quickly. The returns desk had multiple returns and the tool shop was busy. The line was close to 8-10 people long.

I ordered a shed & had it delivered. Then paid for the installation service. After 8 phone calls from me to install ezi & bunnings, i was then told that there were no shed installers in the area & they were not able to find someone from out of the area to do it. They would keep trying but it could be months. I went & got a refund for the install. Now i have a shed in boxes that i would never have purchased from Bunnings had i known this. The system should state the fact on purchase of special orders if there is no installer. Absolutely disgraceful! My 1 star is for the special order desk person who was really good. Bunnings as a whole gets zero stars.

Austin in the Tools department went above and beyond with assisting me today. I wanted to replace my key fob battery. He helped with providing tools and opening the new battery from the package. I'm not a local to Cessnock, so was greatful for your help young man.

I would like to give recognition to Vince in the plumbing department. His expertise in plumbing knowledge was invaluable to my husband putting him on the right track to enable him to start and complete his toilet project.

I often visit our local Bunnings at Cessnock, staff are super friendly and advise is given when I need to ask, to be honest I go at least 3-4 times a week, cafe is excellent, staff are so good, I often come just a cuppa, 10/10

My husband and I actually pretty much live here. We should set up a cot or a tent or something. We just moved here from America into my late grandparents house and it is a restart completely pick her up and it’s been a freaking nightmare, but Bunning has made it very easy for us at a reasonable price too. Thank you guys so much!
