Excellent service and advice with friendly knowledgable staff. I had previously spent a lot of time and money online trying to learn the tricks to growing great plants and buying things I thought I needed with out much success. I finally decided to go down to the local store, and after a chat with staff and a fresh outlook, I'm growing plants that are amazing. What seemed complex and frustrating has now become simple and very rewarding.
Went in to find out some info and an estimate of how much a small aquaponics system would cost. The guy how helped us was great, answered all my questions, gave me some suggestions and I got everything I needed for less than $50. Really happy!

The bloke was uniformative, lacked interest and failed 3 delivery dates. Try online. Though they do have a fairly good range. Just unhelpful and frustrating.
Fantastic customer service..cannot recommend enough
Popped in today for some hydroponic mixture, they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Only draw back is that they don't have an online store and website, when they do I will be their first on-line customer.
