Early Settler Furniture Store Blackburn

My experience at Early Settlers was extremely positive. I was not rushed at any stage, and the customer service woman really helped me by listening and giving me relevant tips for choosing for the person I had in mind. She went out of her way to show me stock that was out of sight and she showed an actual interest in what I was looking for. I have never felt so comfortable in a shopping environment before! I loved the products, the range, and the way everything was set out. Thank you.

Came in to look for a small rug I had seen online that I wanted to buy, and Chrixie was so kind and went out of her way to help me look for it. Thank you so much for your wonderful service! I ended up buying the rug and it's perfect 🤩

I had such a lovely experience at Early Settler thanks to one of their amazing team members. She went above and beyond to make me, my mum, and my daughter feel so welcome. She was incredibly friendly and genuine, and took the time to help me design a beautiful flower arrangement with the artificial flower range as well as choose some gorgeous wall art. What really stood out was her kindness in helping me carry my purchase all the way to the car. Its rare to come across customer service that feels this personal and thoughtful, and it truly made my shopping experience special. Thank you for making our visit such a positive one!

Bought several large prints. Staff were very accommodating, friendly and were even allowed to return a print within 7 days provided it was in good condition. They texted us when it was ready within several days and pick up was very easy. Both weekend and weekday staff are equally knowledgeable

I didnt receive her name, though just really down to earth, friendly and professional at the same time. Not overbearing as some salespeople still are, though to pop back over and check in with me after initial hello, though giving me time to meander half the store is a win for me! Gives the shopper time to browse and think for a bit and she obviously picked up on that from our first conversation which was great! Thank you."

This particular store always looks so amazing and clean! The team are superb and are very knowledgeable and assistance is never too far away. The manager was highly attentive and had a fantastic personality. I was grateful for her help and advice regarding my new build. Truly an asset to your business.

Walking into the store, I was immediately greeted. When I had a question about a particular product, the lovely lady searched for product online finding there was one left in store. She then assisted me finding the product on the floor. I had left my wallet in the car and she was very patient with me as I raced to the car to get my wallet to be able to purchase the product. It was a cat bed for my cat and we had a wonderful conversation about cats and how much she would adore her new bed. I felt very cared for and safe.
