Scott was excellent. He was so knowledgeable about all things Weber, including bbq types, accessories, gas fittings. He answered all my questions so thoroughly, and even allowed me to do a "practice gas bottle connection" on their display Weber in the store. Ellis Weber BBQ are Legends went to them with a fault in the Electronic ignition of our weber BBQ gave me a new part at no charge installed this and still did not work went back and Ben from Weber was there and came to our place and checked the BBQ was a problem with the regulator which Ben fixed NOW our weber BBQ is 12 years old so I just wanted to say thank you to both Ellie team and Weber BBQ the service is Legend Thanks again Ed and Johanna
