I provided the exact dimensions and was told they could calculate the correct amount of soil required for a simple space behind a wall. Instead, I was supplied with double what was needed, leaving me with over a tonne of excess soil. I trusted their advice, which was clearly a mistake. It felt like the recommendation was more about selling extra product than providing accurate guidance. When I contacted them for help, there was none. Very disappointing experience and poor service overall.
