Brad is the most helpful and knowledgeable gentleman we have ever met at Bunnings. He patiently assisted us with all of our enquiries. While the majority of Bunnings staff are lovely, Brad truly leaves a lasting impression. People like him are what make Bunnings Australia such a favourite brand.

A BIG Bunnings and they are all pretty much the same. The thing that changes between the stores, and the single thing that makes a BIG difference to your shopping experience is the staff. The staff here were excellent. Friendly very helpful and engaged with the customers. Especially in the garden centre where the staff went above and beyond the usual service.

Great place for all things DIY and home improvement. Staff are usually helpful, huge range of products, and easy to find what you need. Always end up leaving with more than I planned 😄 Highly recommend.

Not any different to any other Bunnings. Easy to find what we were looking for. During the week customer service is good if needing help. Prices fair, large variety. Good parking. Food and drink ok. Kids love play area. Asked why self service check outs are closed; nearly fainted when told the theft in 1 store alone was close to one million dollars for the year. When will these low life customers realise that theft will only increase the overall prices.

Always good to go and get what you need. Plant section is great. Have made some great purchases of late. So happy with the roses they are going nuts. Have also been buying the marked down half dead plants to bring them back to life and all doing so well.

I purchased this cordless robotic pool cleaner from Bunnings, expecting a reliable product suitable for normal pool cleaning conditions. Unfortunately, this product is a complete disappointment. Despite following all instructions exactly — full submersion, releasing all trapped air, cleaning the filter, and using the correct mode — the cleaner fails to stay on the pool floor. After moving only a few centimetres, it repeatedly lifts off the surface, making proper cleaning impossible. The unit is ineffective on a concrete pool with algae, which is a very common and reasonable use case for a pool cleaner. It clearly lacks the suction power, weight, and brush performance required to do the job it is marketed for. This is not user error or a minor issue — it is a fundamental design and performance failure. For a product sold at this price by a major retailer like Bunnings, the performance is unacceptable. The product is not fit for purpose and does not perform as advertised. I would not recommend this cleaner to anyone with a concrete pool or any algae issues. Save your money and choose a properly powered, corded cleaner instead.

One person working the information desk and click and collect and a whole lot of staff just standing around. These customers could be served elsewhere. One extra star for bad customers
