Emanate & Co

Emanate & Co (Adrian and his team) have built our vergola during July/August 2025. I think it would be fair to say we have been an exacting client and Adrian and his team (Jorge and co) have done a wonderful job. The team has been very good at communicating. They are timely and considerate on site and patient! Adrian’s plans were excellent. He dealt with council and was very good at letting us know the progress with council and the build. The end result is a fab vergola that enhances our house and garden and will be a wonderful place to spend the summer. Emanate & Co have definitely delivered on what we envisaged and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Adrian and his team performed a great job which satisfied all of our expectations. They came when they said they would come. They finished the work on time. The finished job, restoration of our old backdoor deck, was a fantastic improvement on what was there before they started. No hesitations is recommending Adrian and his team.

Adrian and the team were amazing. Adrian listened to what we wanted and helped us come up with a design that met our needs and took that through the approval process quickly and efficiently. Communication from start to finish was excellent. The team were some of the best people we have ever had working on our house; they were polite and considerate, did amazing quality work and most of all cleaned up after themselves! We now have an amazing alfresco and outdoor area ready for summer. I can highly recommend Emanate & Co enough!

Our biggest regret in creating our outdoor entertaining space was not engaging Adrian at Emanate & Co right at the beginning. We would have saved ourselves a lot of money, time and frustration. From the moment we met with Adrian, we knew we had found the person who could bring our deck dreams to life. Adrian's advice, communication and the quality of finishes were always spot on. We have renovated our entire home and our experience with Adrian was amongst the best of any trades we have engaged. We basically lived in the space Adrian and team created over the summer and are so grateful for the value he has added to our home and the improvements this has made to how we live and socialise at home. We have absolutely no hesitations in recommending Adrian and the Emanate & Co team.

We are delighted with the outcome of our project! From our first consultation with Adrian, we felt comfortable that he understood both our vision and our concerns for renovating our external decks. The Emanate & Co. approach to project management took away all the stress of planning, designing and obtaining Council approval. Adrian and his friendly team handled all aspects of demolition and re-construction in a careful and professional manner and dealt with the inevitable issues that arise in building projects with ease and friendly co-operation.
