My building products were supposed to be delivered Monday morning, then it was changed to Wednesday between 12.30pm - 1.00pm. They didn't show until 3pm, no phone call to say why they were running late or why they weren't delivering at the time they said they would, then they forgot the posts and had to deliver them the next morning putting my builder good 2 days behind costing more money. Terrible organisational skills and time management.
What a shame. Ausdek used to pride themselves on customer service. They now couldn’t care less about their customers or contractors who used their products. They have cost me thousands of dollars in lost time over the last 18months and no improvement in sight. I’ve been in the building industry for over 30years and have never come across such bad customer service. Would not ever recommend them to anyone.
Ordered 10 meters gutter. They supplied only 2 brackets. Ordered more brackets, they sent the wrong ones. Subsequently told me they can't supply correct ones. Ignored my requests for refund. Terrible company, avoid at all costs
The best concreting and decking I could get done at very reasonable price. Very professional I’d give 10 stars if possible.
Blown any chance they ever had of me supporting their business. 7 weeks ago a company truck lost its load, smashing into my 2 month old brand new car. It has been an absolute nightmare to try and get them to compensate me for what was damaged during this incident in peak hour traffic on a major highway. Emails and messages everyday chasing them for a resolution and currently still driving around in a damaged vehicle which their nelegance in securing the cargo caused. Short of contacting the police and my own insurance company to fight further. I tried to sort it peacefully through them and not tarnish reputation for business but if this is how they want their business displayed more fool them. Can only hope their jobs are more structural sound then their trucks carrying their materials. Highly disappointing considering unsecured loads are illegal!!
Their after sale service can't be worse than that. Really annoying!
