Narellan Pools recently installed a pool for us in Inverloch. Right from our first contact with Sam from sales, it was a faultless experience. At every point they communicated thoroughly what was happening and gave clear timelines. Lizzy in the office was totally across everything- permits, planning- you name it, she sorted everything! Bailey did the install , and as it happened we were on holidays on install date, but he took control of everything, listening to all our requirements and concerns and delivering exactly what we wanted! The entire process was without a single issue- they even arrange for the pool fencing approval at the very end! I can not recommend Narellan Pools Pakenham enough- do not hesitate. Best company to deal with on every single level.

Our pool installation had to happen within a very tight space, in close proximity to our house with a lot of glass panels. What can i tell you about Narellan pools! We engaged them from a recommendation from a friend. We engaged them during winter and their experience, customer engagement, service and construction was like nothing we have ever seen before. The crew were exceptional, efficient, tidy and being a builder who has used pool companies over the years as requested by clients, the service of Narellan far exceeded all others. Like any installation of something new, we experienced teething problems but no question was too hard and we cannot recommend this team highly enough. Anyone in the market for a fibreglass pool, don’t bother looking anywhere else for quality, cost and follow up. Start to finish this installation took 3 days. Amazing service!

We engaged several pool builders for our new house, & Narellan Pools Pakenham were hands down the best to deal with when it came to organising a site visit and quote. Sam was quick to respond and gave us the info we needed quickly, as well as helping us with pool positioning. Lizzy was then such a gem to deal with for all pre-site documents and approvals, making sure everything was submitted in time and without us having to really do anything at all. When it came time to install, Bailey & his team absolutely smashed it. From the dig all the way to handover (which was only 4-5 days) Bailey made us feel at ease with the process and explained everything in detail. Always kept us updated, and gave us a great rundown of the pool/equipment/maintenance as well as little tips and tricks too. All in all, an A+ experience. Highly recommend!

We have just completed our pool build with Narellan Pools Gippsland, and we couldn't be happier! Alex was so easy to deal with and had answers to all of our questions. Jill in the office has been fabulous to deal with. When it came to install site manager Joel and the rest of the crew were fantastic. Very efficient and kept us in the loop at all times. All in all it was a very seamless and easy process. We have and will continue to recommend Alex and his awesome team to anyone looking to install a pool.
