I ordered a roll of geo tape which never arrived. I sent an email asking them to follow up because I had received an email saying it had been delivered but it had not. I waited about two weeks and heard nothing so I rang and spoke to someone I could not understand. I asked if I could speak to someone that I could understand because that person appeared to be mumbling and was incoherent. He said there was no one else. I finally understood that he wanted my order number gave that and then hung up. It’s now been about a month and I’ve heard nothing. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

Awesome waterproof rubber for leaking roofs or in our case 32 Y.O. concrete house tank leaking from the bottom outlet. The leak was not only fixed it was strengthened with GEO tape. Very professional with a great reputation. I had a concern with a small crack in the tank and the lining thickness there shortly after it was applied and without hesitation John Wass CEO and son Ryan visited our home to personally check on the new lining. Although Ryan found nothing untoward with the above area of the lining as the rubber is specifically designed for filling cracks and holes. Ryan applied the waterproof rubber to add a thicker layer and he ensured that the activation spray quickly set it to prevent the tank leaking in the future and they gave us a five year warranty. Living in regional areas we rely heavily on water tanks and the team at RTT Sealant have you covered for quality waterproofing solutions in these tough financial times. We moved into a place in Beechmont last year and found that our concrete water tank had a leak. A custom tank liner was going to cost $7k. A local put us onto RTT and we ended up with a spray-on liner for under $3k. A year later, we've had no leaks or problems at all. Couldn't be happier!
