Tom and Johnno recently pruned climbers on high fences on both sides of our property. They did a great job. They were quick, cheerful and very obliging. Working together they zoomed around and in a hour the job was done. It all looked great and I was very grateful.
We have recently joined the Lancaster community through Aged Care. I am extremely proud to say that Caitlin has done an excellent service for us. She has a sparkling personality, is punctual, very competent in her work and has, in the times she has been to our home, done an excellent clean. Hopefully Caitlin will be able to continue coming to clean our home. Thank you Caitlin!!
Tom gets on at a good steady pace and gets the gardening job done well. He is an asset to the company and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Dealing with office staff and making the booking was great, very polite and accommodating staff. Two cleaners arrived to do a "spring clean" but were under the impression they only had to do cobwebs, high areas and fittings. The male worker was VERY insistent that was all that was required, and that it would take 8 hours to complete that. It required a phone call to the office to confirm details. The work was duly undertaken, at a very slow pace and to a below average level. As an example the light switches were wiped but fingerprints from alongside the switches remained.
We have a few issues with our experience with Lancaster, different staff each week, going against our request for same staffing, a (breeze over clean) often missing entire rooms, stove top and benches not cleaned at all or even our whole Kitchen once, the last straw. We have contacted Lancaster over some of these concerns with little to nothing positive from any of these call's so it time to give them an overdue FLICK.
