Jimmy & Tuks were efficient, friendly & got the job done in no time! They happily let my three young sons watch them clean the roof (which they thought was incredible) & chat to them while working. 10/10 would recommend.

Jimmy from shield pro solutions was very efficient, friendly and polite. He took his shoes off, made great conversation and job was done in under 10 minutes - but still done perfectly. Air conditioning is working perfectly now. Could not recommend more.

I'm very grateful to Aaron from ShieldPro for cleaning my air conditioner today. He did a fantastic and professional job, and even cleaned up after himself. He was also very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend him.

I had two men out today to service two split system air conditioners. No introduction unfortunately so I dont know their names etc. Unfortunately other jobs were put on the notes that had not been discussed or put on the entry notice- i had to ask that they reschedule these with notice so that I could prepare alternate arrangements for my toddlers and be prepared for a lengthy attendance etc. They were polite whilst understandably frustrated. Its been a whirlwind of miscommunication/zero communication and delays with the real estate, and unfortunately i believe it trickled down to the tradesperson.. they remained professional and got the air conditioners working beautifully. Im unsure where the communication issues lie, hence 4 stars.... the high rating is for the job performed which was the perfect outcome.

Luke and the guys were amazing, great service and persevered through a really difficult job, fit us in when they were busy and excellent communication. Called us when they were finished and told us they left our air con on for us so it was nice when we got back which was really thoughtful. Extremely happy and would recommend!
