I highly recommend ordering your patio kit from Online Patios! We were impressed with the process, from ordering our 8m x 4m insulated patio kit to the quality of the finished project. The service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond, accommodating delivery delays due to our home build and an unexpected family death. They were able to organise an alternative delivery location when I had to fly interstate. Our patio arrived safely, well-wrapped. We faced harsh weather before building, but the kit remained in perfect condition. We built the structure ourselves with minimal help, feeling reassured by knowing that Online Patios’ support was only a phone call away. When fitting downlights, we accidentally cut too many holes, but staff efficiently shipped extras via express post and they arrived before our electrician was booked on to hook them up. We are impressed with the overall quality of our patio: the insulated panels keep it cool, and it’s leak-free even during heavy rain. The staff's communication was excellent, and we were very happy with the price! If you're nervous about building it yourself, just do it! First time I've used online patios but the process was quick and very easy to order through, there was mishap with one of the items delivered but I am pleased to say that Nicole one of the lovely admins had the incorrect items swap for the correct ones within a couple of days which I was still able to get the build done in time thanks to her. Turned out great, Would order from them again.
