Avoid The (4th little) Pig - i promptly paid $990 for a design for some alterations at my house. Damien seemed very keen to get some drawings done and out the door to me so he could invoice. We resolved the design and all seemed to be going well until I paid on boxing day and the certified drawings he promised never arrived. He has completely ghosted me, I have called, texted, emailed, tried facebook and linkedin . Thank you to the other reviewers who have shared their experiences, it appears to be a recent development in Damien's life that has triggered this behaviour and he needs to be stopped from scamming people like this. I will join with you to help prevent others from being ripped off.

Damien was a consummate professional who saved me from making the biggest mistake of my life. He came in and provided honest and frank feedback on the house I was about to buy and pointed out a long list of huge issues. He was very thorough and did an amazing job for me. My partner and I contacted Damien as we required a structural engineer to inspect a property. From the initial phone call and throughout the inspection Damien was nothing but professional, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. He provided comprehensive explanations throughout his inspection which was very reassuring for my partner and I. He was very understanding that we required the inspection report to be provided by a certain date and assured us that he would have this report to us before this deadline. I highly recommend this service to anyone and have no issues with his service.

Avoid at all costs!! Damien ghosted us a very critical stage of our build when we needed him the most. We never heard from him again and had to find a new engineer. He was uncontactable. And he was always late and tricky the whole time we worked with him. He cost us time, money and took a huge toll on our mental health. Our new engineer found fault in his work and I have now spoken to other clients who have had similar experiences. Our new engineer has also repaired other jobs from Damien.

Damien was very quick to respond to my request looking for a structural engineer. Communication has been quick and easy and he made it out to our house within a few days which is amazing. The report was submitted to us quickly as well. Could not be more pleased and highly recommend Damien and his business. Thank you!

Damien was excellent. I called on a Monday, he was able to inspect the house on the Wednesday and I got his report by the end of that week! We had a good chat about what was needed for my renovations and he explained everything. Very happy!
