Ray has been really helpful sorting out the hurdles that these old post war homes present when renovating. Once the house was finished being raised it was good to be able to see that the project was now in capable hands when he took over. I have used Ray Frankel and his team twice now and both times they have done a great job. Most recently he and his team removed two walls and built a kitchen and bathroom at my place at Lota which is a 99 year old building. Their workmanship is second to none and they are reliable, flexible, friendly and their rates are very reasonable.
