Customer service very good, I didn’t have any troubles to make order neither. Product is very good quality. You don’t need to wait long for your order. Reason to give four stars is delivery. I paid for delivery ($165 Landsdale to Marangaroo). Got text message with confirmation and information that I have to unload my order by myself. If I order furniture from the shop (won’t pay so much) I don’t have to jump to the truck to take them to my place. Shouldn’t be like that.
Turn around time after ordering was only a few days. Very impressed with the quality. Would certainly recommend these guys...

With new ownership, the customer service is outstanding and the information available on the website is crystal clear in terms of span tables, compliance report and thermal performance. Use Panelmakers for my business constructing caravan walls, team is responsive and efficient with their service. Panels are generally consistent and good quality. Just need to ensure you ask them to pack the panels in a certain way to avoid damage.
Customer service in the office was disgraceful and rude, finally got what i wanted after several rude comments. I only bought a few angles and channels, wouldn't liked to have placed a big order. It's as though they didn't even want my buisness, typical of perthites i suppose. Seemed like it was all too hard to even just write up an invoice and print it.
Good product but seemed to be too much trouble to take order .taking buisness elsewhere.
