Highly recommend Narellan if you want to make your swimming pool dream come true. The communication was always clear and efficient, and the whole process — from planning through to handover — was very smooth. Mark not only provided professional advice, but also listened patiently to all my requirements, even when I asked what felt like silly questions. The plumber and electrician they recommended were also very helpful and easy to work with. The building team worked efficiently and cleaned the site every time they finished for the day, which we really appreciated. We were doing landscaping at the same time, and Narellan was very flexible with scheduling to coordinate with our landscaper. That made things much easier for us. Now my kids want to jump in the pool every single day! It’s been such a great investment, and we have absolutely no regrets choosing Narellan as our pool builder.

Got full clarity on what the build Process involves before committing to it. The build and installation team were hardworking and friendly people to deal with. Our project completed on time. We have just finished our very first pool with Narellan Hills District and Upper North Shore and we cannot rate them highly enough. Mark Kaushal and his team, Craig and Elana, were fantastic from first point of contact, and even with tricky block access they made the whole process seem so easy. Special thanks to amazing Felipe and Shaffy for all their hard work on site no matter what the weather was doing. They were lovely every step of the way and genuinely want a wonderful outcome for their client. Mark had excellent advice that we never would have known or thought of ourselves from fencing and paver advice through to surrounding landscaping. He was our rock during for the whole process. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and maintained constant communication throughout the whole process.
