QRC Construction

My experience with QRC Construction was extremely frustrating due to the absence of proper site management. You rarely, if ever, see a site manager present and there is no clear oversight of the work being carried out. Deadlines are consistently missed and schedule changes are not communicated to clients. Work will stop for extended periods without explanation, leaving residents and owners unsure of what is happening or when trades will return. Communication from the company is very poor. It is difficult to contact anyone in the office, and there is no reliable point of contact to provide updates or answers. The site itself is not managed well. Jobs are left unfinished, with tools and materials left in common areas, which is not acceptable when people are still living in the building. Overall, the lack of site management, poor communication and missed deadlines made this a very negative experience. I would not recommend QRC Construction.

QRC Construction consistently fails to meet agreed deadlines, and clients are never informed when schedules change. Timelines are regularly pushed back without any notice, leaving you in the dark about when work will resume. Communication is extremely poor. It is very difficult to speak to anyone in the office or the site manager and updates are not provided unless you actively chase them several times. The site itself is also not maintained to an acceptable standard. Jobs are often left half-completed, with tools and materials left in common areas. This is particularly concerning as residents are still living in the building during the works. Overall, the lack of communication, poor site management and missed deadlines made this a very frustrating experience. This is not good enough, and I would not recommend this builder.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend QRC Construction. Their communication is extremely poor and leaves clients completely in the dark. There is never a clear or reliable timeline — one day they’ll turn up onsite, then without any notice they won’t be back for another two weeks. Trying to get answers is incredibly frustrating. You can never speak to anyone in the office and the site manager is essentially unreachable. As a client, it feels like you’re constantly chasing information that should be proactively provided. The lack of communication and accountability made the entire process stressful and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this builder to others.
